From One Dimension to The Femme Dimension

As many can relate, sometimes the world and life are just moving too fast to keep up. And that’s just what happened with this blog. But I’m BACK!! And I’m here with another amazing and inspiring story. For this person, HERstory is just the beginning. Get it?? She’s stepping out into new dimensions and taking as many women as she can with her. Most importantly, I’m honored to call her a dear friend.

In spite of distance, disjointed timezones and just life, we were able to capture a few moments after much too long to catch up. I’m glad we did because it motivated me to resurrect This Is HERstory and I know everyone will enjoy hearing it. My fellow ex Smoothie building resident, yogi and all around mind & body wellness loving friend and I talk about where it all began (in the Smoothie building), and what she’s doing to keep that spirit inspiring others around the world.
